Nice. I've recently taken up BJJ (similar to Judo because it's grappling, but it's much more free and we're much more focused on ground moves), and I wanted to continue weight lifting, but I couldn't keep it up. 6 times a week of BJJ+conditioning and 3 times a week of long and heavy weights made me overtrain real quick. So now I'm reading as much as I can every day on the subject.

I guess I'm going in your direction, then. I'm going to take up Starting Strength and cut back to 4-5 times a week of BJJ, taking long sleeps and eating healthy and see what happens.

If you have any advice or similar experience, I'd love to hear them.
